Who we are
Rapid Block is operated by RAPID BLOCK DOO, a company incorporated in the Republic of Serbia on 13 August 2025 and registered in Subotica. Our registration details are published above and can be verified in the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR).
What we do
We manage digital assets and allocate them across our own operations and infrastructure. Clients participate through fixed-term products: you allocate an amount for a defined period, and income accrues over that term at the rate set out in the product you selected.
We do not publish the operational detail of our infrastructure — locations, counterparties and equipment are commercially sensitive. What we do commit to is being precise about the things that affect you directly: the term, the rate basis, the fees, and the risks below.
Risk — read this part
Working with us carries real risk. You may earn, and you may also lose part or all of the amount you allocate. Nothing on this platform is a guarantee.
- Returns are targets, not promises. Rates describe the basis on which income is calculated. They are not guaranteed, and past results do not predict future results.
- Your capital is at risk. Digital asset markets are volatile and operational conditions change. Repayment of principal is not insured or guaranteed by any deposit-protection scheme.
- Funds are locked for the term. Exiting early incurs the fee shown at purchase, which reduces what you receive back.
- We are not a bank. We do not take deposits in the banking sense, and we are not covered by depositor protection.

- We do not promise fixed, guaranteed or risk-free returns.
- We do not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing here is a personal recommendation.
- We do not present referral commissions as a primary source of income. They are commission on the real activity of people you introduce.
